do your own superfood mayo – perfect for cancer, diabetes or cardiovascular problems

Flax-Seed – an ancient superfood

My friend and teacher Prof. DDr. Wolfang Köstler said: “No cancer patient who has eaten Budwig Diet has ever had a relapse cancer in my > 40 years experience as a cancer practitioner”.

Prof. Dr. Johanna Budwig – Lipid Research

Budwig means 2 tablespoons of linseed oil daily – Prof. Johanna Budwig, a German Chemist and Lipidologist, used this oil mixed with curd cheese as a breakfast or spread to change the “lipid-composition” of people with serious disease.

She found out – in the early beginning of scientific lipid research, still using thin-layer-chromatography as the only way to determine the lipids in a structure – that sick people “have a lot of margerine lipids and loose the good lipids”. By adding Flax-seed-oil to the diet of the people she could reverse this dys-lipidosis and could actually improve health a lot. Prof. Budwig actually gave up chemistry and turned into a natural health care provider in Bonn, the former capital of Germany. They say that she treated all the representatives of the parlament.

I do not go further into the details and background of the Omega 3 Fatty Acids here, but there are nearly 30,000 studies available with a clear scientific result: Flax-seed is a hit if you have cancer!

Original Budwig Recepy is nowadays not recommendable

Actually: Budwig mixed the Flax seed with some milk proteins which was back in the 40s and 50s – at that time the world was still OK.

Meanwhile, we have “mutated cows” that deliver A1 casein, which is badly tolerated for the most people.

In addition, we have learned that milk is full of IGF-1 growth factor and breast prostate especially, but very strongly promotes any cancer growth.

Especially the book of Prof. Jane Plant was helpful here:   Linseed Oil = Omega 3 = Anti-inflammatory and anti-cancer

That’s why we need a variation of the Budwig-Mixture without the milk proteins that makes linseed oil available to those who do not like the taste of the pure oil very much.

So I have created the linseed oil Majo – which is actually a wonderful spread. Even liked by my kids!

recipe

  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 – 2 tablespoons tarragon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon Vegeta or other soup spicery
  • Blend well with mixer and let run in linseed oil

Variants: instead of Vegeta you could use erythrit / erythritol as a sugar substitute + curry = that creates a beautiful sweet curry sauce

Every day 2 tbsp

I may say that I have now by this food blog to 7 kilos less than on the video!
